Dynamic Engineering Co. Ltd (D.E.C.L.) is a family owned and operated business providing services in the various branches engineering construction, as well as consultancy services in the field of electrical and mechanical building services design and planning, industrial power generation and external power distribution systems.
The business has been in operations for 23 years and is based at lots 5-6 Eccles Industrial Estate, East Bank Demerara, Guyana, where the facilities owned comprise of 4,000m² land and 500m² of building space. Resources of the company include construction equipment, graduate/experienced managerial personnel and skilled/trained technicians and craftsman. A good track record of project/contract execution is also retained. The company is now exploring business opportunities pursuant to the CARICOM Single Market and Economy (CSME), and in this connection is desirous of extending engineering services to the Eastern Caribbean, particularly Trinidad and Tobago. Opportunities for sub-contracting (and sub-consulting) services are therefore being sought, within the ambit of main contractors/consultants desirable of such services. A summary of the particular services offered is hereafter outlined.

Mr. LLOYD ROSE
Mr. Lloyd Rose from 1988 to present has been the Head of Dynamic Engineering Co. Ltd; he has an extensive business career and a track record in ongoing private Sector Engineering Consultancy and Construction Services; Business Management. Mr. Rose served in a variety of positions at the Guyana Electrical Corporation with experience in the Public Sector Industrial and General Management with extensive background in the operation and Maintenance of Electrical Power Utility with thermal, diesel and gas turbine generators and overhead distribution/transmission systems.
Mr. Rose is also experienced in investment planning and policy formulation within electric power utility (100 MW Capacity) and engineering consultancy and advisory services in electrical design, specifications, planning and cost/asset valuation. He has served on boards of several private and public companies and has been actively involved in the community.
Mr. Rose holds a High National Certificate in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the Willesden College of Technology, London and Engineering Technicians in Industrial Electronics from City and Guilds, London.
METHOD OF OPERATION
Dynamic Engineering Co. Ltd will, at the appropriate time and at the requisite Place, establish operation base (s) suitable for executing the engaged works. An official address cum office base, used for establishing official contact/communication will also be setup, to register and establish presence. Key personnel, both skilled managerial and technical/artesian, will be obtained from Guyana, and these will be supplemented by locally available skills and labour. As required, main construction equipment would be transported from Guyana or otherwise sourced for the execution of works.
In a general context, work may be executed over a ten (10) hour work day, six (6) days per week, particularly as that relates to skills originating in Guyana. Double shift work as well as flexi-time work may also be arranged to facilitate special requirements of project. As invited, detailed cost quotations will be prepared for works, and these may be subject to negotiations, leading up to contract. All requisite securities and sureties will be forthcoming.
